Processing Time

Processing times vary by product and order volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase or inquiry. Rush orders may be accommodated at our discression and are not guaranteed.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, cancelations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Once production has begun, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

Return & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on edible or custom-made items. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and address the concern promptly.

Storage & Handling

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after delivery or pickup. We are not responsible for damage or quality issues resulting from improper storage, temperature exposure, or handling once the product has left our care.
